A notary public verifies identity, witnesses signatures, and ensures documents are signed willingly and correctly to help prevent fraud.


We handle most general notary documents, including:

  • Power of Attorney
  • Affidavits
  • Medical forms
  • Contracts & agreements
  • Parental consent forms
  • Bill of sale

If you’re unsure, you can request an appointment and include your document details.


Yes. We are a mobile notary service and travel to your home, hospital, workplace, or agreed location within our service area.


Appointments are request-based:

  1. Submit your request online
  2. We review your details
  3. Travel and total are calculated
  4. Your appointment is confirmed


Yes, based on availability. After-hours, emergency, weekend, and holiday appointments are available for an additional fee.


| Identification & Signers |

A valid, government-issued photo ID such as:

  • Driver’s License 
  • State ID 
  • U.S. Passport 
  • Military ID 

ID must be valid and match the document.


 Yes. All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. 


 No—unless specifically instructed. Many documents must be signed in front of the notary. 


 If valid identification cannot be provided, the notarization cannot proceed. 


| Documents & Preparation |

Yes. Documents must be fully filled out with no blanks before the appointment.

We do not complete or draft documents.


 We can explain the difference between notarial acts, but we cannot choose for you. 


 No. If your document requires witnesses, you must provide them. 


| Hospital & Facility Appointments |

Yes—but strict requirements apply.


Yes. The signer must be:

  • Fully aware 
  • Able to communicate 
  • Signing willingly 

If the signer is sedated, confused, or unresponsive, the notarization will not proceed.


No. The notary must make an independent determination. Approval from staff or family does not override this requirement. 


The appointment may be:

  • Cancelled 
  • Rescheduled 
  • Considered a no-show 

Travel and applicable fees may still apply.


Yes. You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Visitor access is approved 
  • The signer is ready at the scheduled time


| VIN Verification |

 It confirms that a vehicle’s VIN matches official records for registration or title purposes. 


  • The physical vehicle present 
  • VIN visible and accessible 
  • Valid ID 
  • Required form (if applicable)


| I-9 Employment Verification |

No. The I-9 is not notarized.

We act as an authorized representative for the employer to complete Section 2.


  • Employee present 
  • Original ID documents (no copies) 
  • Employer instructions provided


| Private Elopement Ceremony |

 Yes—simple, private elopement-style ceremonies and private legal signings.


  • A valid Florida marriage license 
  • Both parties present with ID


We provide guidance for proper filing after completion.


| Fees & Payment |

Your total may include:

  • Notarial fees 
  • Travel fees (based on distance) 
  • Time-based fees (after-hours, weekend, holiday) 
  • Facility or specialty service fees 

Your total is always confirmed before your appointment.


 Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged 


 Yes, in many cases, to secure your appointment and protect against no-shows. 


| Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling |

  • 2+ hours notice: No fee 
  • Less than 2 hours: May incur a cancellation fee 
  • Travel in progress: Travel fee may still apply 


If you are unavailable or unprepared at the scheduled time, it may be considered a no-show.

A $50 fee may apply, along with travel if applicable.


Yes, with at least 2 hours notice.
Last-minute changes may be treated as a cancellation. 


 A short grace period is allowed.
If delays occur, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled with applicable fees. 


| Service Limitations |

 No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal guidance. 


 No. Documents must be completed before the appointment.

Yes. A notarization may be refused if:

  • ID is invalid or missing 
  • The signer is not aware or willing 
  • The document is incomplete 
  • The situation is unsafe or inappropriate


The appointment may not proceed, and fees may still apply.
